Yoga for mom and baby

Today I will show you six easy yogaexercises. Do them slowly and lsten to your body.
Do the six poses in sequence, taking a short rest between each of them. When you finish lie on your back and rest for a few minutes.

The bridge – Setu bandhasana

You: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet hip-width apart. Bring your feet up towards your bottom. Hold your baby (see below) or let your arms rest by your sides with palms turned down. Exhale and slowly lift your hips to a comfortable height. Hold for five to six breaths. Feel the stretch in your bottom and lower legs. Inhale and slowly lower your hips back to the floor.

Baby yoga benefits

When I was pregnant I saw video lesson on baby yoga and I decided that when my baby is born I will practice baby yoga. It was amazing how easy and fun exercises can make you happy mom and your newborn happy baby.

I practices baby yoga in addition to infant massage. Baby yoga is physical stimulation for your little baby which includes holding, movement, touch, voice and deep relaxation. Baby yoga is also a happy and care-free parent-infant interaction which develops as the baby grows.

Parties during your pregnancy

You are pregnant and your friends invite you to a party?

You are in doubts whether it worth to go. Your pregnancy is not the reason to stay at home. Of course if you feel sick or not very good it would be better to stay at home. Otherwise – you can go anywhere. Of course remember about your baby.

These tips can help you if you are planning to go to the party:

  • Forget about alcohol, tobacco, and coffee

Infants can dive

Have you ever heard that infants can dive? Really, they have innate reflex to hold their breath. This reflex remains about 3 months and then it disappears. After 3 months it is much harder to teach your baby dive. So the best time to learn swimming and diving is the first months of your baby’s life. (more…)

Easy and fun fat loss for mom

It must be fun but there is no mom who does not want to lose some fat after pregnancy. On my mind this is very easy if you do not create a problem from this.

Now my son is one year old and I feel and look even better than before pregnancy. I invented really great and easy way to become and stay slim, beautiful and happy. When I have some free time I will share this method with you.

On the picture I and my son this summer on the seaside. As you can see I do not suffer from overweight. You might think that I follow some special diet or spend a lot of time is the gym but this is not true. I like tasty food and I eat not only fruits and vegetables but also bread and butter, potato, some cakes, chocolate and even pizza from time to time. Of course, I try to avoid fast food like MacDonald’s and chips. I am still a breastfeeding mother, so I try to (more…)

Welcome to Happy Mom site!

My name is Ann and I’m happy mom of 1 year old son. Here we are going to discuss many important topics such as planning pregnancy, pregnancy, childbirth, your baby and many many others.

I will share my experience and I hope, you will tell us your interesting story.

How to be ready for a pregnancy, changes is your mind and body during pregnancy, how to avoid toxicosis, childbirth, breast-feeding, special exercises, massage for your baby – these are some of the topics that will be discussed.

I believe that every mom has something to teach and something to learn.
