Now I can tell you that I am experienced mom and I can share some secrets with you. But when my son was born I did not know what to do with him, how to feed my baby and how to make him calm and happy. Of course, I read a lot of magazines and articles about pregnancy, about baby care, etc. but if you have not done all those things, you have read, by yourself – it is only theory and your practice starts when your baby is born.

Today I will show you six easy yogaexercises. Do them slowly and lsten to your body.
Do the six poses in sequence, taking a short rest between each of them. When you finish lie on your back and rest for a few minutes.
The bridge – Setu bandhasana

You: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet hip-width apart. Bring your feet up towards your bottom. Hold your baby (see below) or let your arms rest by your sides with palms turned down. Exhale and slowly lift your hips to a comfortable height. Hold for five to six breaths. Feel the stretch in your bottom and lower legs. Inhale and slowly lower your hips back to the floor.

When I was pregnant I saw video lesson on baby yoga and I decided that when my baby is born I will practice baby yoga. It was amazing how easy and fun exercises can make you happy mom and your newborn happy baby.
I practices baby yoga in addition to infant massage. Baby yoga is physical stimulation for your little baby which includes holding, movement, touch, voice and deep relaxation. Baby yoga is also a happy and care-free parent-infant interaction which develops as the baby grows.

Newborn needs a lot of energy to grow up and that is why he wants to eat frequently. So the best way to avoid baby crying is to feed the baby when he wants to.

This is not true. All children who were developed from the newborn are very inquisitive and easy learning. Negative attitude to studding can be caused if you force your child to do things that he does not like.
- Baby is deprived of happy and carefree childhood
Newborns are happy to study the world from the first minutes of their life. Early development of child helps the baby to learn the world. If the baby is tired from the lesson just postpone it.

Cold weather is part of winter time. So many mothers have a question like what to wear on your baby? The best decision is to put on your child several thin jackets from natural material instead of thick sweater. As a mother you should remember that your baby should have one layer of clothing more that you have.
Also you need to know that if your baby lies or sit during the walk he will freeze more then when the baby run and play active. To check if your baby is wear correctly touch a back part of his neck. If it is warm and dry – baby clothing is good for the weather.

Every pregnant woman is thinking about breastfeeding. Some of moms-to-be decided refuse breastfeeding (which I believe a big mistake), the others want to feed their newborns. As a mom I can share some secrets of breastfeeding that can help you.
- The sooner your baby will be put on your breast the better. The best way is if you can give several drops of breast milk just after baby birth. This is very important for you and your baby.
- Ask specialist in breast feeding to show you how to feed you baby – it is very important the baby takes your breast correctly. This will help you to avoid cracks in the nipple and problems during the lactation. (more…)

Imagine that you go to the shop and decided to buy some baby clothing.
Let me guess what colors are most probable for baby wearing. If you want to dress a girl most probably color would be pink and if you have a boy – blue will be your choice. And this is normal nowadays.
May be you would be surprised but in the past this was absolutely vise a verse. Blue was a color for girls and pink for boys. And that makes sense. I will explain why. (more…)

When your baby just woke up do not try to feed him first thing is the morning.
At first, wash your baby, clean his or her teeth and then offer your child about one third of warm water. This helps bowels to start working. After that as usual within 10-20 minutes appetite will appear.
