You will remember this day forever – your baby made first steps!
Some babies make their first step at eight months some after first year. In any case this is normal. Every baby is special and has its own norms.
Before the baby starts walking it should first learn to sit, to creep, and to stay. However, you cannot speed up the process but you can help your baby to prepare for walking.
How you can help your baby to make first steps?
- Do special exercises with your baby. Baby yoga is great. If you are interested I can show you the exercises I did with my son.
- Do massage. Most babies love massage. It is pleasant and very useful for them.
- Do not use go-cart. It may be harmful for your baby.
- Of course your love and patience are necessary.
